How do I receive direct invitations to Baker Street Downtown Customer Events?
Please hit "Contact | Add Email Address to Our Email List" to ask to be put on our email invite list for our Events and you'll be invited!
How much are shipping charges?
Standard shipping charges are free! If you would like expedited shipping, please "Contact Us" or put a note on your order and we'll let you know what the charge for expedited shipping is.
What shipping carrier are you using?
We are shipping by United Postal Service or U.P.S. depending on which is more economical.
Where are you shipping from?

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
Yes, and we'll do it free! Please "Contact Us" or put a note on your order and we'll take care of it!
Are you charging sales tax?
If we are shipping within the state of California, we are charging 7.75% sales tax. If we are shipping outside the state of California, no sales tax is charged.
If I return something, will my credit card be credited?
We are not able to credit your card, but we will provide a credit voucher which can be used at any time for non-tobacco purchases and does not expire.
How long do I have to exchange an item or receive a credit voucher?
Thirty days from date of shipment.
How do I ship a product back for exchange or to receive a credit voucher?
If a manufacturer's box was provided, please re-box it in its box.
Please pack that box within another box with enough packing material around all sides so that the box inside cannot move around or be crushed.
Insure the box for the full value of the merchandise via the United States Postal Service or U.P.S. and ship the box to:
